We deal with hiring and firing of employees, including managerial staff. We cooperate with Clients in processes of employment optimization aiming to improve work efficiency – including within the scope of working time (making the working time rules more flexible and adjust it to the business needs of a given employer). We conduct HR focused audits.
DISPUTES AND LITIGATION
We assist our Clients when disputes first arise to assess and minimize risks, and to resolve any issues before litigation when possible. In the event of litigation, we represent our Clients’ interests effectively and efficiently. We have vast experience in representing Clients in legal disputes in the field of harassment (bullying), discrimination, working hours, bonuses and other work-related benefits as well as appeals against the termination of employment contracts, etc.
TRADE UNIONS AND WORKS COUNCILS
We deal with relations with trade unions and work councils, including advice on collective disputes and in all consultative processes. We help Client establishing their employment strategies towards employee representatives and we prepare related documentation. We support Clients during meetings with trade unions and work councils.
We assist our Clients in employment issues that arise as companies grow or consolidate. We advise on occupational aspects of corporate restructuring such as change of workplace, collective redundancies, harmonization of terms and conditions of employment and wage restructuring.
We assist employers to ensure their benefit plans and policies are not only compliant with legal requirements, but also clear and easy to be applied in practice.
