Seventeen years of experience in advising on labor and employment law matters. Partner – founder of Zawirska Gąsior in 2017. Previously, for four years she was a Head of Employment and Labor Law Department at K&LGates (currently DWF Poland) – as of counsel and then a partner. Before that, for six years she was associated with a leading niche law firm specializing in labor law (currently Raczkowski sp.k.), for the last year as a partner. Previously, she worked for two years in the Labor Law Department of one of the leading law firms in Poland (Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak), and before that, for two years she had been gaining experience in individual law firms.
